James T. Siburt is the Technical Librarian for the Nashville District.  He has a Master of Library Science degree from Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Arts degree in History from Virginia Tech.  In addition to a number of publication credits in historical journals and encyclopedias, he frequently authors articles on the history of the Nashville District.  He is consulted regularly for historical information by District staff, other governmental offices, colleges, universities, organizations and the general public.
