Headwater elevation for Lake Barkley  at 6:00 A.M.CST is at  355.25 and the tailwater elevation is at 326.95 ft Lake Barkley temperature at the surface is 51 degrees.  The water temperature at the 5 ft. depth is 51 degrees.

 
Generating Schedule
The Lake Barkley Power Plant houses 4 generating units which produce 32,500 kw each. Today's discharge schedule will average 53,058 cubic feet per second.  This schedule is subject to change without notice or warning.

Campers may now make their reservations 240 days in advance and picnic shelter reservations 360 days in advance.
